We provide a platform for discovery and contact but do not act as a party to any property transaction. Listings are provided by third parties, and we are not the seller, landlord, or agent of record unless stated otherwise.

2. Listings and accuracy

We strive to keep listings accurate, but property details, availability, and pricing are provided by listing parties and may change. You should verify material information independently before entering any agreement. A "verified" badge indicates that we have reviewed certain title documents; it is not a guarantee of title or a substitute for due diligence.

3. User conduct

• Provide accurate, current information when submitting inquiries or listings.
• Use the site lawfully and respect the rights of other users.
• Do not post false, misleading, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the site or its systems.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

The site, its design, logos, and original content are owned by or licensed to Novaha Properties. Listing content remains the property of the listing party. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without permission, except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the preceding twelve months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delta State, Nigeria.
